Covid-19 Delivery

Please note that Royal Mail have advised that post is taking longer to be delivered due to Covid-19. This may differ you our standard delivery times set out below. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in advance. 

From 2 May Royal Mail will temporarily no longer deliver letters on a Saturday. Letter and large letter deliveries will continue from Monday to Friday as normal.

 

Our standard delivery times are as follows :

UK Mainland - Delivery time 2 - 5 working days
EU countries - Delivery time 5 - 10 working days
USA and Canada - Delivery time 5 - 14 working days

If you are not in for delivery, a card will be left with details so that you can arrange a collection/redelivery. We will not be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery so do let us know if you need your order by a certain date. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return some items. Please contact us at hello@thegoodmoodsociety.com within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during return to us. If the product has not been returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is refundable before ordering.
